Return Policy

Due to the nature of each wig being custom made for the client, UmbraWigs does accept returns under any circumstance. By commissioning UmbraWigs, the client acknowledges that no returns will be accepted. Shipping & Custom Fees are not refundable.

Shipping Policy


When purchasing an ‘In Stock’ item, it can take from one to three business days for orders to ship. This excludes weekends, holidays, and promotional sales. All orders include a tracking number. When purchasing a commission, shipment can be expected in one to four business days after the completion of the wig – same exclusions apply. USA & International shipments are all shipped through USPS.


Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as the item has been marked as shipped. For in-stock items, customers can expect a tracking number within three business days of their purchase. For commissioned items, customers can expect shipment and a tracking number within four business days once their wig is completed. Tracking confirmations will be sent from:

If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder, and add maddie@umbrawigs to your safe senders.   


UmbraWigs cannot be held liable for lost packages. Any loss of package after shipment must be dealt with via the shipping company used to ship the wig. UmbraWigs also cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, federal holidays, etc.


Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer and are out of the control of UmbraWigs. Additionally, we cannot mark packages as gifts or classify products as anything other than the internationally accepted commodity codes.
